This $35 fee covers the cost of providing students with a t-shirt, their personal band textbooks, purchasing sheet music, and numerous other expenses throughout the year. It will be $36.32 to pay online due to PayPal fees. We also accept cash or check (make out to Gettys Bands and turn into Band Lock Box).

6th Grade Instrument Rental Link
Follow this link to rent an instrument for your 6th grade band student. This is only for students who will be playing flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, or percussion. All students will need an instrument by August 21st (Instruments must be ordered by August 7th to meet this deadline). If your student plays, French horn, euphonium, or tuba, they will be renting the information from the school. Please see the information via band director.

Percussion: You may also purchase your materials from Pecknel Music (use this link) or find it online yourself. We also have the opportunity this year to provide a real, working xylophone for rental through Pecknel Music. This is strongly recommended, as 98% of the difficulty with percussion is learning the keyboard.
